This is the perfect combination of cheesy and spicy to help curb all those cravings. It is so addictively delicious hopefully you won’t get caught eating the whole game day appetizer. Once you have one bite of this creamy, cheesy and delightfully spicy dip, it will be hard to put down.

Perfect Ingredients:

You may be thinking, what? That seems simple… The best thing is, it is! There is the option for jarred jalapeño, however have you had roasted jalapeños? Having a jalapeño this way, you’ll never want it any other way. It does mellow down the heat, but also adds a great smoky flavor to it.

Roasting a Jalapeno

This may sound intimidating, but luckily again it is simple. Woo! Preheat your oven to the broil setting. Line a baking sheet with foil. Before touching any peppers, put on food prep gloves. Nothing would be worse than having peppers on your fingers and rubbing your eyes. This way once you are down touching the peppers, take off the gloves and be done. Okay, back to roasting a jalapeño. With your gloves on lay them on the prepared baking sheet and spray them with avocado oil. Place them in the oven on the top rack and broil for 2-3 minutes, flip them over and roast for an additional 1-2 minutes until they start to look blistered.

Ways to Serve

White Jalapeño Cheese Dip is perfect for a game day, but can also be perfect for serving with family taco night. Needing to win over your spicy loving guy? This is fool proof for everyone to make and will be loved by all. The best thing is, you can gradually add more and more jalapeño until you have reached your desired spiciness. If you have a mini crockpot, that would be perfect for keeping the Cheese dip perfectly creamy. Make sure to get plenty of tortilla chips.
