Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings are baked right in the oven with a sweet and tangy sauce. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Spray the wire rack with cooking oil to avoid sticking. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with a paper towel. In a large bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne (optional for more spice). Add the chicken wings and toss well to coat Transfer wings one at a time and place on the wire rack in a single layer Spray the chicken wings with more cooking oil and bake for 25 minutes Flip the wings and bake for an additional 30 minutes until cooked through While the wings are cooking, use a small skillet to make the sauce. Add oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the sauce mixture into a small bowl and mix with the cornstarch until cornstarch has dissolved. Add mixture back to the sauce and cook on low for 1-2 more minutes until sauce has thickened some. In a large bowl, add cooked chicken wings and sauce.
