Bacon Caesar Wrap Ingredients

Can we all agree that bacon makes everything taste better? From the bacon, to the cast iron chicken, you are going to fall in love with the taste and simplicity of Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap.

  • Tortillas
  • Chicken
  • Bacon
  • Spinach or Romaine Lettuce
  • Caesar Dressing (My favorite is the Primal Kitchen one)
  • Avocado
  • Croutons
  • Parmasean Cheese

Cast Iron Chicken

Nothing beats a simple cast iron chicken breast. Heat up your skillet on medium heat with 1-2 tablespoons of Avocado oil. Generously season both sides of the chicken breast and once the cast iron is hot, sear the chicken on one side for 5 minutes. Once the 5 minutes are up, place it in a 425°F oven for approximately 15 minutes or until internal temp is 165°F.

Allow the chicken to cool for a couple minutes before slicing it.

Switch it Up

My favorite type of wrap is this Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap, but you can easily switch it up. A simple swap is substitute the parmesan cheese for Mexican cheese, tortilla chips for the croutons and replace the Caesar dressing for a creamy salsa ranch. If you are not a ranch fan, use an alternate dressing that you love.

Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is the ultimate quick and easy meal to prep ahead of time. These are perfect for the busy work week when you still want to eat healthy and avoid grabbing lunch out.

Ingredients

  • 2 Burrito size tortillas or 4 regular flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 2 Strips of Bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 1 Chicken Breast, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 3-4 tbs caesar dressing
  • 1/2 of an avocado, cubed
  • Handful of croutons
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

Place all your ingredients (except the tortilla's) into a medium sized mixing bowl, and mix until all ingredients are coated in caesar dressing.

Lightly toast your tortilla (optional)

Place all your mixed ingredients into the tortillas and enjoy!!
