Hey Everyone! My name is Erica also known as “E” and I am excited to welcome you to Creative Mom E.
Being in the kitchen is a true love of mine, especially when it involves SWEETS!
It all started when Christmas time would come around and I would bake all the desserts my mom would allow and then pass some out to our family and friends and of course saved some for ourselves AND Santa. Christmas is the best time of year, nothing like spreading all that love and cheer around. I get my creative DIY edge from both my parents; my Dad, who can literally do or fix anything and my Mom who is a fantastic cook and has a love for sewing.
Beyond my childhood, is college where I met my amazing husband. We are both former collegiate athletes. I graduated and knew I always wanted to do something to help people and hope to be doing that through this blog.
My husband is my rock, support system and #1 taste tester, unless it has to do with lemon (he’s weird in that way). Shh don’t tell him I said that. We have 2 beautiful children that are growing so fast. We are truly blessed.
